In [[Cult of Corruption: The Summoning]], Beverly is the mother of [[Bo Wyatt]]. She is a caring woman, who ends up victim to an initial burst of corruption from Bo, before he regains his composure. In the canonical pure playthrough, she slowly transforms into a [[Nergalite]].

Beverly is an extremely busty blonde woman. She is 52 years old.

Beverly grew up in a small Texan ranch town. Her father owned his own land and cattle, and Beverly definitely grew up as the farmer’s daughter. She met her future husband, Rusty Wyatt, when he worked on the ranch one summer. They met in June, the two fell in love, and he proposed in August. Together, they moved back to his home in Dallas, and that was where [[Howard]] and [[Bo]] were conceived. Bev is a doting mother, and loves her children deeply. For Bo, she became an enabler. Hiding his pot smoking from Rusty and trying to keep a roof over his head after he turned eighteen. However, once Bo obtained the [[Codex Gigas]], things turned around for him, and he felt less like a failure and more like a man. Beverly watched him suddenly grow up, and in some ways she almost felt sad. She had grown to want to be needed, but even more independent, Bo would visit his mother often or call her on the phone.

== Transformation ==

Beverly is slowly transformed over the course of [[Cult of Corruption: The Summoning]]. [[Bo]] has several incidents with her, where he sees this process taking place. His final view of her is as a much stronger looking woman with short hair and an extremely sexualized personality.

When [[Bo]] summoned [[Nergal]] and infected his mother, Nergal used her powerful love to warp her mind. He took that primordial link between child and mother and twisted it into a need to fornicate to help break down Bo’s resistance. Beverly, on the other hand, was not born a Wyatt and had no defense against the evil cancer growing through her soul. She became a wanton whore, desiring to have as much of her son’s essence as possible- a complete opposite from her true self.
