In <i>[[Slugs and Bugs: Invasion]]</i>, Jen is a good friend of [[Justine Day]]. She worked with multiple groups of people to survive the events of the novel. She ends the novel driving off with Justine.

Jen is an immigrant from Mexico. She is 35 years old, with a fit figure from self-defense training.

Jennifer Callisto grew up in Mexico, in a colonial town. Many expatriates live there, mostly from the United States, and her father was one such man. He had quite a bit of wealth, by Mexican standards, and though she occasionally ran into grabby boys or the occasional offer to join a gang, her life was relatively sheltered. Still, her father taught herself defense, and how to use a firearm properly. It saved her life once, on a trip outside her city. Her home was bilingual, her mother speaking almost only Spanish, her father often spoke English, as did many others in the city, and she has almost no discernable accent. In fact, most people in the United States that have worked directly with her have no idea she is an immigrant. She quickly moved up at the financial firm, and she is now a top executive. She and [[Justine]] happened to see each other on the way to work, and struck up a conversation. Over time, they and [[Anne]], became friends.

A feisty, but caring woman, Jen is often a realist. Her life has molded her that way, and it has taught her to respect friendships and family. Since Justine is her friend, she would always have her back, and she trusts Justine and Anne completely. When the attack happened, her quick thinking and directness saved many lives. She put together a team with [[Elvira]] and [[Fiona]] and three men, but a [[Minded Kiki]] stumbled upon them, and she managed to kill the men as the women fled. Fiona got trapped by a [[Minder]], and the [[Over-Master’s]] avatar caught Elvira in the stairwell. Jen will stand by Justine’s side until the bitter end.
